What The Club Says
Picturesque yet challenging 6,093 yard parkland course established in 1893. With Salmons Brook meandering through it, the course provides a good test for all golfers. Whilst a few changes have been made over the years, the course essentially retains its original character.

Dreadful Condition
Golf course in dreadful condition, greens, nothing to distinguish between fairways and rough. How they have the cheek to charge 40 pounds on Monday 06/04/26,Definitely would not come recommend to fellow golfers. In this day and age you would imagine that value for money ,and a good experience would be of paramount importance sadly not on this occasion.Reviewer Rating

Worst place I've been
Will not return.Was in an awful state. Really disappointed. Staff unfriendly and rude.

Enfield
Good variation in holes, hilly on the back 9. Fairly well kept course, greens were ok for the beginning of winter. A few fairways were quite soft and muddy, imagine it would be difficult when there is more rain. The clubhouse was very nice and new, looks like recently refurbished, lovely terrace overlooking the 18th. Did not try food though so cannot comment.Reviewer Rating

Worth a visit
Nice course - not easy, have to think about club selection and approach. Despite being a bit wet in places course played very well, greens in good condition.Clubhouse excellent, great food and staff very welcomingReviewer Rating

Great Course but still not back to best
Agreeable round & having invited a friend who’d never played there he really enjoyed it. One minus point was that the greens were bobbly & very very slow. The fairways too still hadn’t recovered any pace yet from the ravages of such a wet winter. Will set the alarm to try again in May.Reviewer Rating
