Considering it is winter, the greens and fairways were great. Greens very fast. Great setting. Such a pity this course is closing in April

Played here for 4 years now and I love it, great membership, a good bar excellent teaching facilities and a challenging but fair course.

Much improved since I last played here c20 years ago - in very good condition for time of year, greens excellent. Warm welcome at pro shop.

A good test of golf.
Quite hilly in places.
Usually in excellent condition, however, some areas can be a bit soft underfoot.
Warm and friendly clubhouse.
Well worth a visit.

This is great little course with some challenging holes but a liitle disappointing towards the finish with the 16th and 17th holes a little featureless. you defintely either need to play this with someone who knows the course or buy a course guide as there are a number of blind shots with the 8th very difficult ot read from the tee. Beware that they do use winter greens if the main greens are frosted. On the plus side they are playable and they do drop the price when they are in use.
