The course is really good for improving your short game. The green near the Tee box was in a bad way and was hard to get a tee into the ground. Due to the hot weather the fairways were hard but these things happen. Super fast greens. Hole 9 is an awesome treat with no way around the water to get onto the green. Only thing i would suggest would be markers to the next hole. Got lost after Hole 6 as Holes 7 and 8 are on the other side of the road! Will play again to improve!

good to have a quick 18hole if you are not bothered for a 'proper' 72 par course, they have a few Par 4s allow you taking your driver for a test;close driving from central london

You get what you pay for was never truer then with this course, a great place for beginners who don't mind wandering onto other fairways. The fairways are so narrow you will almost always end up in someone else's way at some point. It adds an extra challenge and apart from that its a nice course for the location and the money, the extra challenge isn't welcome for beginners though. Which is ironic as part of the appeal is that anyone can play.

very narrow fairways which kind of makes it difficult for beginners and you often have players hitting on to adjacent holes. but it's accessible, and the staff are nice and you can get arund quite quickly. good for the short game. and a fun water hole to end on (well it wasnt fun for my friend)

The course was looking and playing quite well yesterday. The Fairways were in good condition. the Greens had a fair number of pitch marks which come from having lots of people leaning to play use the course. The bunkers are in need of some extra sand. Overall it was an enjoyable 9 holes on a well maintained course.

course was in very good condition. the fairways are very narrow and the tee's and greens were in good condition. This is a good course for a quick round and is quite often used by people learning to play golf. i would recommend this course to my friends

A tight course with lots of beginners playing (meaning lots of pitch marks on green, occasional "lost" balls when someone esle plays them and having to have a sense of awareness as shouts of Fore should come more often than they do) but the course is improving all the time and the staff are excellent.

Perfect for beginners
As an absolute beginner, this is perfect. Driving range, short game area and putting green. Mix of interesting Par 3s and some challenging (frustrating!) par 4s to practice long drives and plenty of hazards. Really friendly, informal environment and pro-shop. Reasonable public transport options.

Great for beginners
Excellent course for those starting out. Good greens and testing holes make for a perfect 9 holes to begin honing your skills.
CLub is friendly and the pace of play is good too.

A solid little 9-hole suburban course with tight but fair fairways, nothing spectacular but certainly a good course for beginners with good value of 18 holes for £15 and a club shop and cafe on-site. We played an early morning winter round so the course was a little wet, muddy and boggy to start with but dried out a bit as we went round with some swirling winds. I generally thought the course played fair on the way round and would recommend the course to beginners or novice players looking to brush up their game.

Good and solid course, tight fairways! Be accurate with your drives. Watch out for other golfers as well, playing on your right and left hand sides. Good facilities and helpful staff. Recommended!

It's an urban golf course and the fairways are narrow, but if you live in South West London it's really convenient, easy to get on, cheap and it makes you hit the ball straight.
