Gone down hill
First time back at Bradford in a long while to say disappointed its a shame for a nice setting for a 9 hole course .tee. boxes need a lot of work like redoing .the bunkers had more weeds in them sand the best two are by the 9th hole .the green have hardly any grass on the such a shame with a little bit of work could be back to being a nice little local cousreReviewer Rating

£6 for a nice relaxed game of golf. Fist time I have ever played and some really nice but challenging holes.

Considering 2 weeks ago with the weather the area was flooded and the course is next to a river it's in great condition

Green suffering in this weather, like putting across concrete. Also difficult to play whilst yellow water hoses were left abandoned on fairways and tees with no grounds person in sight. Cheap and cheerful.

This course is what you pay for, I have played on some members courses which are worse than this! I've recently started playing here and it is fantastic for game improving, the only let down for me is the greens do bobble a bit, but the fairways are good, narrow, so get the tee shot right!
This course is ideal for all levels as it throws up some tricky holes and deceptive ones.
Excellent value for money, I think the honesty pay system is brilliant.

This is a really good council run course. I used it to coach my 11year old son who is just starting the game so I wanted somewhere relaxed and not too expensive and this was perfect for this occasion. Its not too difficult but has enough hazzards to make it interesting. What let it down for me was people previously playing not abiding by the replace divots policies which ruined one of the greens but all in all very please with the quality of the fairways and putting greens.

for £6 (9holes) you can't go wrong. its narrow fairways are great to tone in your tee shots.

i think this is a good course for a council owned course... its operated on an honesty pay scheme and whenever i have played there it has been at a good standard.. be prepared for the hills as its on a slope.. only one hole could do with the tee redoing but its good enough to play off of.
