Birchwood Park Golf Centre is situated on the picturesque outskirts of Wilmington, near Dartford and offers two challenging golf courses. Facilities include a floodlit driving range, golf academy and well stocked pro shop as well as a gym, extensive bar, catering facilities and a first class private function suite.

Surprised at poor condition of the fairways
Have played at Birchwood many times previously but I was surprised at the poor condition of the fairways and tee boxes when playing there yesterday. The fairways were bare mud sprinkles with grass seed with virtually no grass on them as were the tee boxes. A lot of the ball cleaners had no water in them either. Only upside was the greens were in good condition. I would not recommend playing there until the grass has regrown on fairways and around the greens.Reviewer Rating

Had a Tough Time
And I'm talking about the course! The greens and bunkers were in good condition, but the fairways have really suffered during the summer drought. We haven't played a course where the fairways had so little grass. To their credit most fairways had been reseeded, but without water the birds are the only winners. This is a lovely course and we will return, but not this year.Reviewer Rating

Course in good condition. ?44 for a twilight round is quite cheeky and the lack of players on the course reflected the policy. Communication between the booking staff and the 'gentleman' at the starter hut could be better but the starter could certainly learn some manners!Reviewer Rating

Looking Good
They keep this course in great condition and it didn't disappoint. If you want to be picky, some of the bunkers could do with clearing the stones. One black mark - the starter needs to go on a course to know how to speak to golfers at the start of their round, he didn't get us to a good start, a little rude and officious.Reviewer Rating

Great course
fairways recovered from last year, 1st few greens had been spiked so a bit bobbly. otherwise great course - 15th a bit of a comedy hole dog leg and down a massive dropReviewer Rating
