Course not in bad nick for a pay and play, greens a bit patchy but not too bad. No competitions at weekend so morning tee off not a problem. Can start really early if you wish ,portacabin left open to get scorecard and leave money in honesty box. Quite long so its a good work out. Ideal if you just want to tip up and play.

This is the course we play only if we are absolutely desperate for a game (i.e. can't get on anywhere else). The holes are too long (the shortest par 3 is something like 160 yards but it is up a 1 in 5 hill). The fairways are bad and the greens are indistinguishable from the fairways. There are only about 3 bunkers on the entire course. It is an absolute slog to get round - vey exposed, so cold and windy in the winter, scorching in the summer. Hire a cart (or preferably a tank) to help you get around without collapsing from exhaustion. The only saving grace is that it's a tenner to pay and play.
