What the club says: The course at 5928 yards, is par 71 and offers a course layout which is both challenging for the established player without being too daunting a prospect for the novice golf player.
With two different sets of tees for front and back nines, clever use of the natural landscape and USGA specification greens provide superb playing conditions for year round golf.
Most Helpful Review
We played this on a warm sunny Sunday morning in Febuary, when we arrived, we were surprised to see very few people on the course (we now know why). It was in poor condition and the greens were awful. For £25 for 18 holes it is well overpriced. Thankfully we met very friendly staff, who were very hospitable. - Feb 27 2012
Golf Course Reviews for Battle Golf Club
It used to be a very well kept course but now they dont even clear the grass cutting soff of the fairway, so you can hit a perfect drive and still loose your ball!
Greens are bare and full of weeds too.
I can only think they are running it down on purpose, maybe to try and develop on the alnd instead? I hope not as it would be a shame to loose this place as it used to be a good 9 hole course
