What the club says: At the end of a busy day, a round of golf can help to clear the head. Bagden Hall's course is set in dyllic surroundings, and curls through an established copse of trees with water features on several holes. A challenge for the experienced golfer, it's not too demanding for the beginner, with a course par 3 / 4 course and holes ranging from 79 to 266 yards.

This was the first "course" I played when I took up the fantastic game of golf.
Set in the grounds of a grand country hotel this small quaint course is a pleasure to play for a quick round.
On the whole, it's a 9 hole par 3 with the 8th hole classed as a par 4 at 266 yards. Forget the drivers and big sticks, the vast majority of the holes are short, with the shortest hole (3rd) being a mere 79 yards in length.
With a total of 3022 yards and a SSS 55, this course is no Tour track. However, the delightful setting in beautiful peaceful countryside will appeal to lovers of the short game.
