What the club says: The course has proved to be a challenge for both high and low handicaps and offers spectacular views into Dovedale and the Peak District. The greens are also built to modern USGA specification.
Since the opening of the new 18-holes the course has hosted the DUGC Boys Championship and the DLCGA Country Foursomes. The Derbyshire Alliance has also resumed its close association with the club and staged numerous competitions.

Very nice area, greens were being worked on but they are well looked after. Fairways are in great condition, very challenging back nine, so get your scores in on the front nine - Sep 25 2015
Golf Course Reviews for Ashbourne Golf Club
Course in great condition and absolutely picturesque in the Peak District landscape. Good combination of dog legs, reachable par 5?s, and tricky par 3?s. Warm up and practice facilities include free range balls, chipping and putting greens. All in good nick. Clubhouse staff very friendly and a lovely post round pint in a lovely setting.
Was really surprised with the quality of the course for this time of year, especially with the recent snow, I can wait to go back in the summer when it will be top top condition.
