Golf Day Invite
Firstly hospitality grade A+ Course some really nice holes but boy are there some long boring ones as well, condition for the end of April was not great, fairways in some areas almost dead, greens played ok could see it hosting something big soon as its set up for that but wouldn't rush back needs to improveReviewer Rating

The driving range, food, buggies, and especially the 17th are all exceptional. The greens and fairways are immaculate and true, and the hospitality and staff are exceptional. I was impressed by the free golf towel with my name on it, which was a great touch. The design and condition of the course and practice facilities are fantastic and the layout and undulating greens are amazing. Highly recommended and jump at the chance if you get an invite to play here!

Played 24/10/22 . It must be one of the best UK layouts every hole continues to unfold more exciting challenges over a very 3 dimensional well contoured course . Magnificent fairways and gently rolling greens created to entice you to put that ball where it should go ,an I would love to play it again. an excellent legacy ,as I played I looked back and recalled when Joe C B stayed over with us after seeing those yellow Cole’s cranes being made in Suderland . Played on October24 by kind invitation through Paxtons JCB agent . It is one of the best layouts ,well sculptured to make you think and become excited about every shot ,always a heroic route as well as the strategic . There had been very heavy rain but no sign of water logging here . It’s long everything different you can recall most of the holes,9 and 10 stand out . The Lodges,best night sleep ever . Beautiful course
This is a beautiful course. Well organised with great new club house and everyone makes you welcomeFor me with a 28 handicap I found it hard with the long unforgiving fairways and greens but for the lower handicapper I think it would be a great challenging course

BEST COURSE IN THE UK
Best that I have played of course(!) but JCB is a beautiful and an immense challenge for all golfers. Not recommended for the faint-hearted. Once in a lifetime golf experience for most people.(Round played: Jun 2021 - Score: 99 Handicap: 13.9)

Was not expecting this
For such a new course it was in magnificent condition, with the greens being as good as I have ever played on, consistent pace and very true.Some spectacular holes that have their links to other courses with 9 and 17 being par threes that stand out.

Not a critique of the course just a personal observation.
This course is getting good
Reviews in all the relevant golf magazine
except they fail to mention it is not open to the public only employees of JCB, corporate members and purchasers of JCB equipment, but it sounds like a bucket list course if it every opens to the public

Amazing
I love this course. Third time I’ve played it now and it doesn’t get boring. Every hole is challenging. The 17th is just breath taking. Greens are so hard to read. Even in the wet today the course is in superb condition.(Round played: Oct 2019 - Score: 103 Handicap: 18.6)

Unreal, best golf experience I've had
From the hospitality of the staff to the golf course condition and difficulty everything was perfect. Very very tough course, but want to get back as soon as I can.(Round played: Sep 2019 - Score: 110 Handicap: 22.3)

Played this course Tuesday and Wednesday this week.
I can honestly say that having played many courses all over the world, that the JCB golf complex has customer service absolutely nailed.
The course has not long been opened so it still needs maturing. Thus said the is course is still very playable. The greens are true, and speedy, and have many slopes akin to Augusta, and it's rare to have a straight putt. Free Prov1 Practice balls on the range and a towel with your name on it was a very nice touch. Buggies have GPS, and as we were on a golf day, they even managed to have a Live scoreboard on the GPS screen.
The service received in the bar was 1st class, food very good, and the staff should be applauded for their efforts.
Will definitely be coming back if I get invited again!!!

Spectacular
Golf course layout, condition, greens and bunkers (I am an expert in JCB bunkers, having hit 4 in first 3 holes!) is nothing short of spectacular. Each hole is totally different and tee shots are daunting with well placed bunkers, water and rough making the fairways look even narrower. \Green are well protected with water, bunkers and scary undulations, they run as true as I have ever seen. Breath taking views, mazing golf course, great company, what more can I ask for? I was told that god is happiest when his children are playing, he is well happy tonight because I was like a child In chocolate factory! Even my bad shots and yes, there were many didn’t stop me smiling. well done JCB, I can see the top pros playing big tournaments here very soon. \Reviewer Rating
