Millbrook Golf Club - SOCIETY OPEN CHALLENGE 2009

By: | Mon 03 Aug 2009

What a great concept and idea for society golfers.  The Millbrook Golf Club is once again running it's Society Open Challenge for 2009.

The popular event is where all visiting societies are invited to compete against each other in a friendly four ball with two scores to count, which will take place on Thursday 15th October 2009 teeing off between 9am and 12.30pm. Coffee is served on arrival and ham, egg & chips is included in the price of £20 per player.

They usual get around 20 teams entering and it's a fun day and something different for societies to compete in and against others.

To register visit the Millbrook website [http://www.themillbrook.com ] or call 01525 840252.

I love Millbrook it offers such a variety of diffrent holes and will challange the best of golfers, I've played there several times and if the wind is blowing it's one of the most challanging courses to play.
