Justin Rose wins the Quiken Loans National [VIDEO]

Justin Rose continued his rise in stature as he captured the Quicken Loans National at Congressional Golf Club in what was a very tight final day. 

Earlier in the week Tiger Woods made his return to competitive action, but missed the cut.
