Richard Gurney celebrates first win on TP Tour

Richard Gurney, representing De Vere Sunningdale Park, collected 5 birdies and an eagle in his round of 69 on the New Course at Walton Heath. On a day of challenging weather conditions he battled it out with fellow TP Tour competitors to win the £1600 first 
prize.
European Seniors Tour player Bill Longmuir shot a fine 70 to finish runner up with Jonathan Bell.
The TP Tour circuit is proving extremely popular among seasoned campaigners and also newcomers to the Pro ranks who have signed up for what is acknowledged to be the UK’s best and fastest growing golf tour.
TP Tour stages events at premier locations such as Woburn, The Berkshire, Hanbury Manor and Royal St Georges, the historic venue for numerous Open Championships.
