Raphael Jacquelin to Represent Terre Blanche Until 2015

Terre Blanche is happy to announce the extension of their relationship with 3-time European Tour champion Raphaël Jacquelin. As part of the agreement the 37 year old Frenchman will continue to utilize Terre Blanche’s world-class golf, hotel & spa facilities to hone his game on Tour.

Raphaël Jacquelin said : “As you can imagine, I am particularly proud of my long term relationship with Terre Blanche. The outstanding quality of the course, the newly built Albatros Performance Center and the quality of the service all make a visit there very worthwhile. In my view it is most certainly the best golf resort in Europe. I have practiced here since the opening in 2005 with my coach Alain Alberti and everyone always makes me and my family feel welcome. Even during the winter, the club offers fantastic practice facilities and this was certainly a key factor in my good form early in 2011”.

Offering the ultimate in Europe, Terre Blanche features two championship courses – Le Riou (venue for the Terre Blanche Ladies Open) and Le Château and is arguably one of Europe’s most complete golf facilities. Just 30 minutes outside Cannes, Terre Blanche features a practice centre encompassing the Albatros Performance Center, a Biomecaswing Assessment and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy, chosen by the French Golf Federation as the winter training base for the French Elite Amateur team (2010 World and 2011 Europe champions).

Jacquelin continued : “Working with Alain and Jean-Jacques Rivet’s Biomecaswing Center, it allows me to have the best experts working together in the same place. This is probably why so many European Tour players come and practice here all year round. I also like the fact that Terre Blanche always try to reach for perfection every time they look at new developments. During the years, I have made a lot of friends at the club and their support is important to me when I travel around the world.”
