Results from Day 1 - Optical Express Tour Championship, Son Gual, Mallorca

Banchory´s Greig Hutcheon takes a 2 stroke lead going into the final round of the Tour Championship on the Optical Express Pro Golf Tour at Son Gual in Mallorca, Spain. The leading players from this year´s Tour are competing in the £10,000 Championship, with the winner taking home the £4,000 top prize. Hutcheon posted 5 birdies and his only blemishes were 2 bogeys at the par 4 2nd and the par 4 8th.

The only female Professional in the field, 18 year old Lauren Mackin who is also based at the home club, posted a very respectable 75 to be in a tie for tied 11th. The top 9 from the field of 18 will share the 10,000 prize fund.
