Theragun Prime & Mini Review - Could This Help Your Golf
Golfshake's resident equipment expert, Ryan Rastall, tests out the Theragun Prime and the Theragun Mini, described by the Therabody company as "massage reinvented'. So, how do these stack up for golf?
Both products feature smart percussaive theapy and provide your own personal massage and are aimed for multi sport and multi activity use including golf either for warm-up, treatment or recovery.
The Theragun Prime connects via the Therabody app on your smartphone and provides access to their uniquely developed programmes providing a range of scenarios for a variety of activities and uses. The programmes allow the Theragun Primce to adapt based on the selected app programme delivering a range of speeds, depth and duration for individual requirements.
Ryan tested out the products over a number of weeks using both products as part of his daily lifestyle which included both golf and non golf activities and also on and off the course.
