Norwich Family Golf Centre has partnered with Foresight Sports, becoming the first driving range in the UK to install and utilise Total Range. The technology boasts outstanding performance and entertainment improvements, that are suitable for players of all age and skill range.
The technology has been installed in eight bays of their driving range, as a result of wanting to bring a new dimension into their practice facilities. Foresight Sports are responsible for the industry-leading launch monitor GCQuad, and influence has been taken from the invention for their range technology.

Norwich Family Golf Centre
Norwich Family Golf Centre have become the first golfing hub in the UK to install Total Range and welcomes an array of ability into its doors. Their driving range has 28 covered bays – with eight now utilising Total Range technology – and additional mats for outside practice.
The range is floodlit, allowing visitors to practice well into the evening and the majority of bays have power tees and heating to make every practice session as comfortable as possible. The club also boast two putting greens and a warmup practice net to ensure you are ready to take on either of its two golf courses.
Firstly, the 18-hole course provides a challenge for all and the short 9-hole course welcomes people into the sport and issues them their first taste of golf. With an abundant of refreshment options available throughout the visit, Norwich Family Golf Centre has a bit of everything.
Jamie Goose, Director of the Bawburgh group who own Norwich Family Golf Centre, believes that the new technology provides the perfect atmosphere for players to practice: “It certainly has something for everyone, beginners to professionals, families and children – it provides an experience for everyone to enjoy.
“The software even allows golfers to have their own FSX Live account, that means all the shots they record during a session on the range will be stored within their online account and can be viewed at any time – so customers can truly see how their game is progressing.”
With all eight Total Range bays using Foresight Sports’ ultra-high-speed camera technology, which can also host games between friends and family, Norwich Family Golf Centre look set to take advantage of the boom that golf is currently enjoying.
