Ash Valley Golf Club

I live in Hatfield and I am thinking about joining , Ash Valley Golf Club , seems very responable at around £600 for the year including all fees and entrance in comps etc ..
Any thoughts would be great

Andy Have played there once, seems ok. Was so long a long time ago now.
club house is very basic.
Can I ask, why are you looking to travel so far??

Not sure , from the website - it looked a friendly club , and I spoke to the course manager and she said it has a nice atmosphere and they do braais etc in the summer ( in fact that won it for me )also is only 10 - 20 mins from Hatfield so not to worried... more about the club and meeting to play with for me ...

I live not too far from it and I haven't heard any decent reports, but I haven't personally played there! If you live in Hatfield then may be Mill Green GC, then you can play any of the Crown Golf courses around the country..... (I'm not a member there!)
