Golf course review of Ash Valley Golf Club

Lovely cousre very up and down in some places.......Club house is very basic.
Good value for money if your going for the twilight rate.

Still needs a bit of work here and there.

As others have said...this course is perfect for begineers.

if you are looking for a course to learn on, this could be the one for you. Wide fairways and long holes make it a challenge. The course hasn't changed much since it was set up, but there is now a clubhouse instead of the portacabin.

Very Open and course over rolling countryside, light rough can be very gripping when damp. Green is very good condition. The clubhouse is basic, but guests are made welcome

greens very bobbly. course looks neglected which is very sad. could be so much better with a little tlc.

Played the course very recently and a pleasant suprise of some new bunkers on certain holes and other works on going that look like it will bring the course on,very enjoyable round.

good test for the high handicapper with wide fairways and few bunkers. some long uphill par fours though like the 2nd and 8th.
