What the club says: The Country Club at Silver Springs Shores open in 1969. The golf course itself was designed by longtime Jack Nicklaus associate, Desmond Muirhead, who is most well known for his work on Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio, home of Jack's Memorial Tournaments.
