What The Club Says
The natural features of the La Cala terrain have been used to challenging effect by the renowned golf course architect, Cabell B. Robinson. The three courses are carefully maintained to ensure they are playable all year round. The North Course (now renamed Campo America) is perhaps more difficult than the shorter South (Campo Asia) but both demand great accuracy from the tee and careful club selection.
Meanwhile, the third golf course, Campo Europa, uses the River Ojen in making the course distinctive. The layout allows for plenty of water hazards. All three offer different challenges to all levels of golfers and demand good course management in addition to a wide variety of shots.

The Spa area was a great area to soothe those tired muscles after the round with the steam room being especially hot.

Golf in the Sun
A wonderful golfing experience at the 20th running of the annual La Cala November Open Golf Tournament. Almost 200 participants in this singles competition across the 3 courses over 3 days preceded by a scramble on the America Course. First visit
First of 3 rounds in Spain - unfortunately La Cala Asia had the worst greens of the 3 courses played - very poor (second hole was a disgrace). Course overall was good though, nowhere near the quality ofTorrequebrada & Calanove though.Reviewer Rating

A fabulous venue and a very well kept course. A wonderful environment to be in.The course was very challenging and kept all 3 of us in contention to win the day.
