What the club says: The Club was established in 1929 and was originally a 9 hole course. In 2005 the course was extended to 18 holes. The course is a challenging test of golf with the new front nine holes being open scenic with superb greens. The back nine holes - the original course - are much tighter holes with tree lined fairways and with equally superb greens. Buggies (3) now available for hire. Contact Club to reserve

Excellent compact, relatively short course, but some tight fairways.. Fairways excellent considering the amount of rain recently, greens in good condition.

The course is in excellent shape. We played after a very heavy rainstorm ,but the course held up brilliantly.
Even though they were saturated, the greens are some of the fastest I've played on. If they had been dry, I'd hate to think what my score would've been.
I can't review the food as I didn't have any, but a beer is always nice at the end of your round. The bar staff are very friendly.
I would definitely play there again.

The course layout is very good. Nice fast green but they could have done with being rolled. They need to 're open the shop to have someone to speak to before yours round

Nice course, short but some narrow fairways! Greens ran true but needed a slight cut but were dressed the week before. Friendly welcome in the bar

Fantastic local golf course; Its a challenging course, although only 6000 yards long, and shows that its not necessary to increase the course length to make a challenging golf course. The Club House is a bit old fashioned but has an excellant atmosphere with friendly members willing to help. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a good day out.

course is in fair condition with greens and fairways pretty soft but at fair pace. Layout of course is unusual in that it is broken into three parts. Needs better signage between holes
