What The Club Says
The 18-hole golf course is laid out over rolling chalk downland and is a challenging par 70. Being in one of the warmest and driest parts of the country, coupled with the chalk terrain, the course is always playable. The superb modern clubhouse caters for receptions, private functions and business seminars. The first class restaurant and bar both have panoramic views over the course. The Club has its own 18-bay driving range, the only one in Brighton, which is open to the public. Tuition from PGA qualified staff is available for individuals or groups every day.

Drains well so very playable
On the South Downs and cheap after 14:00. Been 9 years since I played here. Not much has chnaged except the Slope rating is 114!! Surely with the slopes and target fairways that is too low. After the rains it spongy underfoot but not enough not to have the mowers out cutting the fairways. Greens very quick for this time of year. A bit bumpy as well.Reviewer Rating
