What the club says: Set in 200 acres of parkland and listed by English Heritage as a protected park and garden. The Rotherwick Course at Tylney Park is an example of the very best inland golf available in Britain. In 2003, a leading firm of golf architects were asked to re-design the 1974 golf course in such a way that would do justice to a site which has long been felt could unlock more potential as one of the finest parkland settings in the south of England.

Peaceful Hampshire Course

Situated in the Hampshire countryside watch out for the magnetic old oaks as you navigate this varied and challenging course. Greens can catch you out on some holes! Refurbished homely club house with helpful and friendly staff. Well worth a visit. Kitchen currently being fully refurbished to cater for increased popularity.

A golfers course

I only played 12 holes the first time I played and the very next round I became a member. Tylney is in fantastic condition with true running greens and excellent fairways.
A proper golfers course. It?s not just a Driver wedge course. You have to work your way around but there is some margin for error which helps keeps your round enjoyable

Hampshire Delight

Varied course in the quiet Hampshire countryside provides a challenge to all levels of golfer. Challenging greens (with slopes) especially when ironed in the summer! Course on clay so winter not the best time to visit.

Great Course in Hampshire

Challenging and varied course in the quiet Hampshire countryside not far from the M3 Motorway. Varied holes not straight up and back like some courses with fast challenging greens. Welcoming personnel becoming more popular since Covid-19 reopening.

Challenging Course in quiet countryside

Varied holes demanding some thought, undulating greens can be very challenging and fast (especially if they have just been ironed!!). Worth a visit once conditions have dried out, course is on clay so wettest February on record means trolley ban when we played. Newly refurbished clubhouse and welcoming friendly staff.

Pretty course with large challenging greens

Played as part of inter-club match. Heard some not so good stories about the course in the past but found it to be in excellent condition especially after a lot of rain in preceding days. Preferred lies were in operation but only needed to clean the ball a couple of times. Greens are large with some interesting contours and all were a good pace.
Clubhouse is small but very functional with clean changing facilities with modern showers with plenty of hot water. Food was very good. Well worth a visit whatever your skill level.

Hampshire Gem

challenging course in the quiet Hampshire countryside. Some excellent but demanding greens, varied hazards and recently refurbished clubhouse with new menu. Well worth a visit in drier conditions. Course is on clay but greatly improved by new drainage and paths but can be a bit muddy during winter wet periods.
