Lovely course but needs work for the summer
This is a lovely 9-hole course with relatively small greens, variety, well landscaped and challenging. It isn't in the greatest condition at the moment, partially because of the weather but also the care taken of the course by those who play it - lots of divots lying around and not replaced, some damage to greens. Needs some good maintenance before the season really kicks in. Pace of play can be slow with groups of >4 sometimes present and new to the game golfers.Reviewer Rating

Slightly soggy today after heavy rain the day before
Greens are in very good condition, fairways a little soggy in areas after a day of rain the day before. Edges near water hazards very soft and muddy. One temporary tee on 4th still. Very chilled out atmosphere again today.Reviewer Rating

Fun course. Great for beginners and seasoned players alike
Short course but great fun.Greens in good nick despite wet weather.

Good practice course , nice layout
I only had time for nine holes, this has a mature charming layout set out in the countryside and during the week the price is excellent for an OAP hack golfer. Not too strenuous a walk and you can buy a beer at the end, excellent course for my standard of play...never too crowded...Reviewer Rating

Good value 9 hole course.
During recent bad weather , it was nice to be able to pop into a nice 9 hole course. Play it twice and get a good game in. Green in good nick. Considering recent weather . Friendly staff. Good driving range.Reviewer Rating
