Shirland

The potential to be one of the best courses in the area
In need of Tender love and care new bunkers or proper maintenance greens are bare in places nothing a qualified grounds man and manager couldn’t fix

First time playing Shirland GC, but definitely not the last. We really enjoyed our round and the course was in great condition. Great price too?Would definitely recommend?

Round played late June. Course was in good condition. Greens fast. Some lovely holes, especially on the back 9. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Great little golf Club, very tough, tight course, and hilly so a good physical challenge.
Staff are lovely and the club house is virtually brand new, worth a visit when the weather is nice :-)

We came back to Shirland for a game, our last visit being over 12 months ago. Several changes were obvious with the introduction of new ditches on holes 3,5,6 fairways in very strategic places, which made a challenging course more difficult and more of a challenge for the average club golfer. Very enjoyable if you don't worry about your final score card.
