What the club says: Redlibbets Golf and Country Club certainly is a gem nestled in 160 acres of beautiful Kent countryside. The parkland course boasts hundreds of mature beech, oak and chestnut trees and enjoys spectacular panoramic views.
Redlibbets, under new management from August 2018, is now run by a team of golfers with genuine pedigree where the condition of the course is considered as critical to a great day's golf.
The greens are sand based to USGA specification and the rest of the site is free draining with a chalk subsoil.
The clubhouse offers wide-reaching views across the site with a balcony that seats 75 people, with additional internal space across three bars for a further 200 people. Our resident chef offers an excellent array of dishes and bespoke orders (in advance) can be accommodated. Historical reviews by visitors frequently makes reference to the outstanding service provided by our staff, compliments that we are all very proud of.

Picturesque little gem
Nice course, some quirky shorter holes, needing accurate lay ups.Fantastic greens, probably the best I've played this year ????????
Tees are awful, hardly any grass on them.

Disappointing
Tee boxes were dreadful needing urgent re seeding and watering. Fairways without any water are concrete making iron shots difficult. Bunkers have been attended to as were OB but are showing white lining and are over sanded. Greens are in good shape.being a flexi member it is more expensive at Libbets than Cob tree manor and North Downs so will be playing these course until something is done to Red Libbets . Not a great experience for what should be a very good course.Reviewer Rating

disappointing velcro greens
This course's setup and natural rolling hills with beautiful views and well kept fairways and bunkers was a big disappointment when it came to putting on very sticky "velcro greens".The speed of the greens were so slow, that it made for a very frustrating day at the Association of Kent Vets tournament.
I played this course back in 2017 and don't remember having experienced such slow greens.
I would really like to give the course a second attempt when the greens have been rectified.

Needs attention
The course is suffering for the lack of water. This has been going on for sometime although we are assured the water pumps are being attended to shortly .Whitectees have been over used thus are bare and unattended where the damage is. The course is still a tough challenge for any handicap and a fine layout and needs tough course management throughout the 18. The par 3 8th has a nasty GUR hole at the back of the green which has been left for some considerable time . The right hand bunker on the 15th dog leg has been out of play for a very long time which is a shame as it is one of the most challenging holes.Reviewer Rating

In good condition. Greens quick and true
Good to see that the course is standing up well after the bad conditions of the past month. I wish I could say the same about my short game! Tees were ok and bunkers were raked and very playable. Rough had been cut and so defined fairways and green edges were in evidence. Shame my chipping was not up too much but when your driving has left you......Reviewer Rating

Slow round
Plenty of people out there and all 2 balls but moving very slowly. Finished in the dusk. One more hole and would have been difficult. Course was in relatively good nick. Not running very far and greens a little slow but still taking a break.Reviewer Rating
