What the club says: The Club’s 18-hole Championship course was developed using the natural contours of the countryside and every feature has been enhanced to add character to each hole. Complementing the course are several lakes that make the Par 72 a tough challenge, and also provide a natural habitat for geese, swans and other wildlife.

This is a beautiful golf course & venue
Played at Nizels yesterday afternoon as a four ball. Always enjoy coming here. It’s a lovely vibrant venue and the staff are very welcoming. The clubhouse is very attractive and has a gym and swimming pool for Members to use. The golf course is full of great views and is also a really fun course to play with plenty of water hazards and interesting holes in a beautiful country setting. Course suffers a little through the winter with drainage but is a joy to play in Spring,Summer and Autumn. Pace of play was good yesterday. Nice cabin for eats and drinks before the 10 tee. Finally a real pleasure to sit outside the clubhouse having drinks overlooking the 18th green after the round . Can recommend a visit to Nizels, you won’t be disappointed. Fabulous day yesterday.Reviewer Rating

Nizels 4 ball
Played Nizels with 3 friends 17th April, first time we had played here, we thought the course was very nice with some great holes especially 7th with water either side of the fairway and more to carry with 2nd shot. The greens were fast and smooth, bunkers were consistent with plenty of sand and in good condition..The clubhouse was clean and all staff were helpful and friendly. We did not mind the Marshall asking us on hole 6 to allow a fast 3 ball though, it made sense. We enjoyed the course and have already pencilled in a date to return.

In poor shape
Sadly, Nizel's golf club is suffering very badly this summer with the dry weather we've had. The fairways barely resemble a golf course and are damaged, covered in weeds etc. the tee boxes are falling apart and although the greens are watered, they are very slow and have been left to grow. Shame, because at times of the year this course can play well but it's in very poor repair at the moment.Reviewer Rating

A Strong Variety & Great Views
As a fan of James Braid im nit naturally drawn to more recently designed courses but I was rather taken with this one although I know my limitations so wont be attempting it in winter because its long. However at thus tine its excellent & provides opportunities for high scoring with wide fairways large flattish greens & very visible hazards where to avoid. I enjoyed the variety of holes too & the lushness of the fairways.Reviewer Rating

Very wet indeed, even on fairways. Off fairways a bog. Greens not bad, except 15 which was in trouble. Many bunkers GUR. Difficult to judge course given ground conditions. HiReviewer Rating

Welcoming and fun
We are newcomers to golf and have been playing several courses in West Kent. As existing health club members it has taken us too long to give the golf course a go. We found it interesting, challenging, and in good condition. Really nice to have facilities and a halfway house at holes 1&10. We also met a very helpful Marshall who popped up in various places to check we were ok. Course is having some work done - new bunkers and drainage which I understand is needed so is only a good thing for the future, but meant that one hole currently closed, and two holes with temporary greens. Fee discounted to reflect that. Nice lunch in bar after.Reviewer Rating

Rip off.
Booked online and at no point did they warn me that two holes were closed for drainage work and that the greens had been spiked. It's July so you would expect the course to be in the best condition. I feel completely ripped off. Never going back.Reviewer Rating
