What the club says: The Club’s 18-hole Championship course was developed using the natural contours of the countryside and every feature has been enhanced to add character to each hole. Complementing the course are several lakes that make the Par 72 a tough challenge, and also provide a natural habitat for geese, swans and other wildlife.
Most Helpful Review
The course at Nizels is very good and a good challenge for all handicaps. Unfortunately the club is run by non-golfers so definitely play the course but DO NOT become a full-time member - masses of societies and events and no control over no-shows means you will not be able to play! - Jun 25 2014
Golf Course Reviews for Nizels Golf Club
Although my scores are pretty dismal, it isn't a bad golf course. It's just that, when we went, service wasn't good: shut halfway house places, terrible drinks (that we asked multiple times to have changed and still ended up with terrible tasting drinks). Obviously the course is struggling through the hot summer... they all are... but most of these things weren't about that

Enjoyed my game here.
Some (most?) of the greens have been scarified and sanded in the last couple of weeks

It was windy but otherwise pleasant. Greens were superb. Nice and fast. Completed 18 holes in well under 4 hours.

Good course, wet conditions, draining average. Warm reception, clubhouse wasn't great but due to setting up a wedding
(Round played: Oct 2017 - Score: 144 Handicap: 0)
The course is excellent, but as it is on clay land it was a bit soggy and no buggies allowed.
Had a half decent round, but should do much better after a few weeks of dry weather in the spring/summer.
Not too many trees to get you in real trouble, hilly terrain and a fair bit of water. Suite all levels of golfers.

Good bacon roll to start the day course was in good condition well played out set in parkland with nice views and if your lucky you get to watch a spitfire flying around the course from Biggin Hill I would guess.
friendly staff good service and value for money.
Car park gets very full from leisure club is only downside.
I suggest you go try it.
Weather wasn't the best but the course was great and quiet. Challenging pins, great greens.

A beautiful day always helps but the course was in great shape. No issues with tees, fairways, greens or bunkers. A pleasure to play and quite a test for all grades of players.
Recommended. Club house and staff were first class.
