What the club says: Set in beautiful woodland , the course boasts hundreds of mature trees, including oak, chestnut, beech, birch and mountain ash, as well as coniferous trees of several varieties. The view from the Clubhouse across the putting green towards the 1st hole and the 17th hole shows just a few of these trees.

Superbly maintained
Course is in fabulous condition with the best greens I've played on all summer. Fabulous views, interesting course with some superb holes and the food in the clubhouse is great. Highly recommend!Reviewer Rating

Nice course with great scenery
First time at Meltham, very impressed. Friendly welcome in pro shop and clubhouse, great value breakfast. Plenty of practice facilities around clubhouse. Course in great shape, greens true and quite nippy. Need to plot your way around a little, especially last few holes. Little testing on the feet as a few ups and downs but rewarding. Course of 2 halves
I like Meltham, moreso for the back 9 as the front 9 isn't that interesting. The course was in great condition and playing at 4 on a Thursday evening we had the place to ourselves.Reviewer Rating

Excellent Course
Always enjoy a round her, great facilities, pracrise ground and Pro-shop. Building work ongoing at present, so some changes afoot, but worth a visit(Round played: Apr 2017 - Score: 94 Handicap: 23.4)

A pretty good course that even played well after a few days of rain and rain on the day. Some stand out shots/holes like the blind second shot on the 16th and the great 17th par 3. Nice clubhouse and friendly members.
