What The Club Says
Outlane Golf Club celebrated its centenary in 2006. Situated to the north of Huddersfield and close to the M62 (approximately one mile from Junction 23 if travelling east, two miles from Junction 24 if travelling west), it is an 18 hole moorland course of some 6000 yards with a number of challenging holes, renowned for its friendliness. Visitors are very welcome, but check by phone first.
The last few years have seen major investments in the course and clubhouse, including the reconstruction of the 7th and 8th greens,additional drainage on 4 other greens and a new building to house course machinery. Typifying the spirit of the club, a group of members have funded and constructed a new clubhouse balcony. We have also installed Solar Photovoltaic panels, allowing us to generate 10% of our own electricity, and our heating is provided by way of a Biomass boiler.

Good round
