What the club says: The Arden course is one of the country's most spectacular challenges and host to a succession of international tournaments, including the 1997-1999 One-2-One British Masters, 2000-2002 English Open and the 2003 British Masters. It also has one of the European Tour's most distinct signature holes in its 18th; a Par 3, 202-yard hole overlooking the fishing lakes and resort.
The Aylesford Course; Golfers of all abilities will find the shorter Aylesford course a varied and enjoyable challenge. Kept to the same high standard as its celebrity sister, both courses offer a good chance that the friendly local deer will wander on to the course in this majestic countryside setting.

I've played here a few times and overall the experience is one I would recommend. The course was in excellent condition, the fairways were great but with many unrepaired divot holes. The greens were running fast and true. This is a fairly long course and you will be hitting medium to long irons into many of the par 4's and par 3's. If you're on a budget though, beware of the extortionate prices in the clubhouse. 2 quid for a small bottle of water is daylight robbery! - Sep 20 2013

Amazing course, good scores to be made if you hit the fairways, back 9 is tough but fun!
(Round played: Jan 2018 - Score: 77 Handicap: 6.5)
Never played to my handicap in any of the 6 times i have tried - it is a tough course! Incredible views. Got a friend in the US who stays at the hotel even if not playing just to watch folks take on the mighty 18th (I have never dared go below driver on that hole!).....better safe than sorry :-)
