What the club says: Kirtlington Golf Club, nestled in the heart of the Oxfordshire countryside, offers a welcoming and well-rounded golfing experience for players of all levels. The club features a total of 27 holes, including an 18-hole Par 70 course that challenges with water hazards, and well-placed bunkers and playing on full greens and tees all year round, as well as a 9-hole Par 30 Blenheim Course, all USGA Spec full size greens and perfect for those getting into golf or a quick round for the regular golfers.
The club’s 250-yard driving range includes covered bays and Grass Tees, making it ideal for year-round practice. Complementing the range are dedicated short game areas, a putting green, and a chipping area, allowing players to refine all aspects of their game.
Kirtlington is home to a fully-stocked pro shop, a knowledgeable PGA professional who also offers individual and group coaching, including junior development programs. Club repairs and Regripping are also available.
The modern clubhouse boasts panoramic views of the course, with a bar and restaurant serving fresh, locally sourced food and drinks in a relaxed setting. It’s a popular spot not only for post-round refreshments but also for social events, Sunday carveries, and private functions. Society Annual Golf Day
I run two golf societies and arrange regular events throughout the year. It was so warming, refreshing and pleasing to at last find a venue that was actually pleased to see us and genuinely delighted to have us playing at their Club. All too often nowadays all Clubs want is your money then they treat societies like the ‘unclean’ and can’t wait to get rid of you to free the course up for their precious members. How different our experience was at Kirtlington. From the day we made the booking to the day after our event (more than 10 months) we were treated like VIPs by everyone at the Club. Booking was simple and flexible. Value for money was fantastic. Our greeting on the day was genuine and delightful. The course was as good as we could have hoped considering the time of the year and recent weather conditions - it played very well. The catering superb. The customer service was quite simply exemplary - everyone we interacted with couldn’t do enough to make our event successful - which it inevitably was. A massive thank you to everyone involved - we will definitely be back!Reviewer Rating

Mr golf
Tee times are every 7 minutes,so course is far too busy.First hole is a par 5, no way on earth can a 4 ball finish a par 5 in 7 minutes, so have to wait on every hole,ridiculous! ?46 for a long wait on every hole.

First Visit, on a lovely sunny hot day. Very friendly staff , course was dry with plenty of run.

Enjoyed the course. Some tight holes (with OOB) but others that had nice wide fairways.

Kirtlington is a gem of a golf centre and 18 hole course
Society day at Kirtlington and not having played here before, was looking forward to trying a new course. Well, I wasn't disappointed. Kirtlington is great test, with some challenging holes. It is very much a links style course with undulating fairways, but some on the edges of the course are tree-lined, out of bounds. Good variety of par 4's with some very long over 400 yards and some shorter, but difficult due to doglegs and strategically placed hazards, bunkers, water, etc. The course was presented in excellent condition, with teeboxes, fairways and greens all well maintained. The course off the yellow tees, is just under 600 yards, but a good test nonetheless. The course has 2 major defences, one being the long wispy straw like rough, that punishes anything slightly off the fairway, but the main defence is the greens. They have a lot of slopes, so you will need you top putting game. A great venue, with a large clubhouse, decent putting green, a small driving range area and there is also a 9 hole course on the grounds. I recommend a visit. It was worth the drive to get there.Reviewer Rating

Afternoon tea.
We've just had afternoon tea at kirtlington golf club. I would just like to say the food was amazing as was the selection we were treated to. The staff were very attentive and polite. Great course
Course was fantastic and in excellent condition with some great holes. The par 3's were all very challenging with a great finishing hole made all more difficult with the wind.(Round played: Oct 2021 - Score: 80 Handicap: 11.8)

Short course good greens
