Founded in 1895, Handsworth Golf Club is a welcoming Birmingham club with a mature 18-hole parkland course, excellent greens and strong practice facilities. Set in Handsworth Wood, the club combines proud heritage with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, a spacious clubhouse, catering, balcony views across the course and fishing lake, and a warm welcome for members, visitors, societies and guests.

Beautiful course
The team were ver accommodating due to a booking mix up. the greens are like nothing I have played before, they are simply fantastic, cannot wait to re-visit after the harsh summer and some welcomed rain.Reviewer Rating

Despite the disappointing start, the course itself was in good condition considering the hot, dry weather we’ve been having. There were some sun-scorched areas, but that’s to be expected. The greens were in great shape, although it was a shame to see so many unrepaired pitch marks left by other golfers. The bunkers were also well maintained and played consistently.
Overall, once we got out on the course, we thoroughly enjoyed the round. If the tee time situation was managed more clearly, it would have made for an even better experience.

Handsworth
The course was not in a very good condition and has deteriorated since last year. Greens were bumpy and the fairways very patchy in places. Shame as it used to be excellent.Reviewer Rating

Amazing Course
This has to be one of the best courses in the West Midlands that I have ever played. Superb and pristine condition. And at this time of year can only get better. Some great holes and quite a few thinking holes rather than just give it a bash. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed.Reviewer Rating
