What The Club Says
Considered to be one of the best golf courses in Ulster if not all of Ireland. Gracehill Golf is situated in beautiful parkland outside the village of Stranocum near Ballymoney and offers golfers the opportunity to sample American style water hazards as well as bringing many mature trees into play. The holes are played through mature woodland or over heathland making it one of the few courses in Ireland to offer such differing variety.

Pretty and Tough
If you want a change from the links and are below 18hc this is for you. Very pretty , very good value for money, pro shop really friendly and helpful, food excellent in friendly little club house. This course candestroy your card on many holes as it did mine and would be wet in the winter. But on a sunny quiet day and if you are playing well it’s great. Not for beginners. Greens had been spiked that’s my excuse. Jersey Woody hc24

Good to see it back
Good to see this course coming back a couple of years ago going bust. Always one of the best courses. So tough! Several holes needing almost 200 yard carry over water, scrub and reeds. Greens still need a bit of work. Pity lovely clubhouse still closed - used to serve excellent food and lovely terrace for a cold beer. Hopefully that comes back next!Reviewer Rating

Great course but lots of water
I played alone but with my other half ‘caddying’ for me. I was also first out on the course and with a 3 ball behind me was able to play at my own pace. I found the course to be very well looked after and the greens in excellent condition. Some of the signage between green and tee could be better.(Round played: Jul 2019 - Score: 103 Handicap: 19.6)

Challenging course - would love to play again
We ( 6 ladies) were up at the Irish open in portstewart and wanted to play golf one day. We chose Gracehill because of reviews and were not disappointed. This is a very good course with some challenging holes. All six of us enjoyed it.The bonus was that it is inexpensive and the day we went lunch was included and it was exceptional - they obviously have a very good chef.
Well worth playing this course even if lunch is not included!!
