Glorious Gourock

My first visit to Gourock Golf Club, but it will not be my last. What an excellent course layout.
From the minute we arrived, staff were great. We used the relatively new Development Studio, which was a great area to warm up in. It’s also available for group bookings, which I think would be great.
Course was in very good condition, a bit hilly, so if you struggle in any way with your walking, book a buggy.
Some great holes, some very challenging holes, but overall a great place to play golf.
The food and service were exceptional, please do use the clubhouse facilities, excellent.
Views around the course and from the clubhouse are out of this world.
All in all, a great day.

Course with a view

Unfortunately went to play on a medal day really slow play. Other than that we had a great day out weather was fantastic course was in good condition and the Pro was very helpfull.
Venue is worth a visit just for the views recommend.

A good testing course with fantastic views. Drainage could be better. Varied shots required to shoot a good score.

lovely moorland course. pro was very helpful before i started. was very soft after loads of rain. greens were good. will play again but next time in summer.
