What The Club Says
Among the big golfing names on the Fylde Coastline, Herons' Reach is growing in reputation and stature to be right at home with its impressive neighbours. Designed by Peter Alliss and Clive Clarke it is in immaculate condition with water hazards on no less than 12 holes, including the awesome 9th with the famous tower as a backdrop. The course has been the stage for several finals of the De Vere PGA North Region Championships and is destined to become a classic so take this opportunity to get there before the crowds.

great course
Played Herons Reach on a golf society break for 5 days,The course was in excellent condition, fairways were quite lush and approaches to greens were soft so you had to just your shots well,
Greens were very good rolled well and well protected,
The layout was good and challenging for all.

Course very wet under foot on fairways suggest using a fairway Matt if your lucky enough to find your ballThey shouldn't be charging full price in wet conditions definitely a summer course if to re visit

2 day break
1st day was great pace of play was fine 2nd day was complete opposite! Waited right up to our tee off time and the 4 ball infront were just leaving the tee on the 2nd so had a 5/7 minute wait every hole. Great course though and a good challenge for us.Reviewer Rating
