What the club says: This highly regarded 18 hole golf course, par 70, is situated in the picturesque North Tyne valley between Hadrians Wall and the Scottish border. The golf course overlooks the village with stunning views extending up the valley towards Kielder Water and the Border Forest Park.
The variety of golf holes offered is enhanced with each change of direction and by a balance of design not out of place in more celebrated surroundings.
The designer has utilised the abundance of natural features to their fullest.

A Genuine Hidden Gem
Not a single mundane hole and a continual challenge. Extremely friendly and a pleasure to play over and over again. Beautiful panoramic views in a superb location. 100% worth a society or a single tee time visit.Reviewer Rating

Perfect golf
Lovely course , interesting , quirky and challenging , great holiday golf . Room to hit driver on most holes .There?s some forced carries particularly the 18th which might challenge people who don't play the game through the air , but it's very beautiful
.
With the hills in the background and the rolling terrain with mature trees , it has a Gleneagles vibe at the cost of a Gleneagles club sandwich .

Lovely course
A lovely course I good condition. Fantastic views from various points on the course and some challenging holes to go with it. Can be physically demanding with lots of hills and slopes, would most likely get a buggy next time on a hot day! Will probably go a little earlier as well next time to hit 20 balls on the range for cheap before the round!Reviewer Rating

Lovely course
Fantastic course in great condition. They have a sheltered driving range which is perfect for warming up. There's a few steep hills which all add to the challenge though every hole very playable (though be careful on 18). The clubhouse was nice though didn't eat or drink.Reviewer Rating

Fantastic Course in the countryside
What an amazing golf course, Kept in very good condition - Fairways in great condition and greens were perfect. A Little fast but a good challenge. A Lot of the holes are blind tee shots so a good challenge to get a good drive away. Would 100% play this course again and recommend it to all to give it a go.Reviewer Rating
