The Trilby Tour is back at The Nottinghamshire Golf & Country Club

The prestigious amateur golf tournament, now in its 7th year, will host a series of Regional Championships across the UK to find the Amateur Champion of 2013 and The Nottinghamshire Golf & Country Club are proud to be hosting the Nottinghamshire Regional final on Tuesday 16^th July 2013, for the second time.

The Trilby Tour is a multi event amateur golf tournament event created by William Hunt in 2007 where amateurs compete under professional conditions for the chance to win the top ‘Winner Takes All prize’.

Each Regional Championship is broadcast on Sky Sports as part of the Trilby Tour series. With annual viewing figures of over 2.5 million, the Trilby Tour is officially the largest and most stylish Amateur golf television series in the UK and Europe.  The winner of each regional final will then take on the challenge of the Trilby Tour Grand Final, which will take place at 5 Star Championship Course at Rockliffe Hall, Durham on 28 August 2013.

As well as our corporate packages we are running two Qualifying Events giving you the opportunity to win a place in the televised Nottinghamshire Regional Final.  Entry to each event is £30 per person.

Out on the course along with our award winning Course Architects “Kimber Golf” over the last two years we have had a complete overhaul of a number of key holes and winter 2013 sees us adding new tees, bunkers and water features to the Open Course.

We have recently undergone a £750,000 redevelopment program both in the Clubhouse upstairs and downstairs transforming it into a truly stunning facility.  The three meter balcony that wraps around the first floor of the clubhouse provides stunning views of both the 1st tee and 18^th green of the Open Course and is a great place to sit out and relax after a round.
