Srixon Z-STAR Golf Balls Review

Srixon's new Z-STAR and Z-STAR XV golf balls have been launched in time for the 2021 season, featuring a thicker cover, reformulated inner core and are aimed at better players looking for improved ball speed and distance.

Both of the new Z-STAR Series golf balls showcase Spin Skin technology with Slide-Ring Material (SeRM), a urethane compound that coats the cover.

Golfshake's Equipment Expert, Ryan Rastall, the Head Professional at Howley Hall Golf Club in Leeds, tests and reviews the balls for us, describing the technology behind them, and what golfers can expect from using them, including data analysis on TrackMan to provide a detailed assessment. Ryan even cuts the balls in two to have a look inside them!
