3rd stop on the Gtour Amateur Golf Event

The next stop and 3rd event in the Gtour Amateur Golf Event and Order of Merit Series visits De Vere Slaley Hall on Saturday 30th May.

Registration is now open to take part in this event and compete in a friendly but competitive tour style event. Get to meet some great new golf buddies and win some fantastic prizes provided by our tour partners and also get to play the 'Hunting' course 4 weeks before hosting the PGA Seniors Championship from 25-28 June 2009.

De Vere Slaley Hall "Hunting Course"

The Hunting Course is a treasure of a golf course a par 72 course with lush sweeping fairways, magnificently maintained and host of several flagship events including the Seniors PGA Championship in June.

Don't be lulled by the rolling moorland, streams and lakes, towering trees and banks of rhododendrons - this course will catch out the unwary. Well placed bunkers and tricky greens make this USGA standard course a real challenge.

• So far i've played in 2 events and i can say that i've fully enjoyed playing at 2 lovely courses, all people are friendly and make you welcome and are a great to play with, any one who isn't a member or hasn't play on this tour, join it, even tho i play off 28 i still have a good time.
