Recommended trolley?

Posted by: user444629 | Mon 6th Feb 2012 15:26 | Last Reply

Finally going to invest in an electric trolley and not sure which one to go with. Has anyone used the Masters iCart digi trolley, and if so is it worth the £350 price? Just wanted something different to the Motocaddy as all my mates have them.

Have alook at the Go-Kart. The easiest to put together, very robust and great value at £300. I was lucky enough to get one for xmas and it is excellent

Couple of mates have the icart, seems to be a fair copy of the motocaddy just without the spares and accessory back up. Motocaddy have just released the new S3 do have something different to your mates!

Best trolley on the market is the 2 legs situated at the end of your body. Waste of £300 if you ask me but I've got a few mates with Go-Karts because they are a bit limited on boot space and they fold own extrememly compact. They do seem a decent bit of kit and they have had a great after service from the company as well.

Not a waster of money if in the long run it saves your back & body from the abuse of throwing all that weight on it every time. I've read a couple of medical studies that confirm that carrying a golf bag does your body no good at all.

ive got the motocaddy S3 & it's the best trolley I've had.

Nice comment from Gary, if a little off-topic! ("Best trolley on the market is the 2 legs situated at the end of your body."

I expect I'll go back to my full set, big bag and aged HillBilly trolley  - not the sexiest but it's still going - in the Spring but at present I'm carrying a small bag, strictly limited contents (after all, I'm wearing all the clothing), 9 clubs and 4 balls. I could probably reduce the clubs to 7 as the irons are steel shafts and much heavier than graphite.

I recommend it - if you've got all the irons you tend to club for the perfect shot but if you are missing one you go to the next longer one, which turns out to be the right one anyway. My scores are unaffected and I'm leading the Saturday roll-up league table!
