I occasionally get that and I've been playing 40-odd years. Pro's can turn out and shot 65 one day and 75 the next. If you have a look at competition results for the pro's, and have a look at those that either miss the cut or only just make it. Every golfer at every level suffers fat thumb syndrome when nothing goes right.
My advice is don't give it a 2nd thought. If you over analyse you'll end up spoiling your game.

Golf is one of those games where things can change at the slightest moment.
I've played a round of golf in the morning and been bad, then played in the afternoon and been really good.
Take the good times as the bad times will soon be along!

this sounds like thin shots dont forget the ground is well soft on the course but not on the mats so mayb instead of gettin under the ball u only gettin half of it,,, i really would,t worry to much about what happens on the range after all its the range ,, on the course is where it matters and if u doin ok on the course why worry bout it ,, i could go on and on about range balls and inconsistant swings but it dont make any diff its the RANGE just enjoy your golf

Think its called life mate.
If every day you were as good, the game becomes boring. The bad is annoying, but when you get the good, it is like a dream come true!
Keep practicing & playing, you will improve, but don't get too down hearted if you have a bad round or in my case several.
It does come back & also makes you more determined.
1st match round last season 96, not bad. second round 83 good, 3rd round 116 nearly took up snooker!
Buit this year I have come down two shots on handicap so it is getting there.
Patience & being able to igore the bad, thats why the pros are so good, look at the start Rory had over the weekend, lost four shots in 2 holes, he nearly pulled it back around, although happy Rock won.
