I have one but rearly use it.
It came in handy today on a 2 tier green. I was off the back of the green and the pin was on the lower tier. Couldnt play a bump and run or chip as I would have shot straight past the pin. So a lofted shot down to the lower tier came in handy.

I do only carry mine because I have it, What I do with it you could do with a 56 and open clubface.

Liam if you have a 56 i wouldnt bother. 58 is the most lofted in my bag great for getting out of trouble in greenside bunkers etc but to be used with caution.

I have a 60 degree TM lob wedge and use it most games. It's reaaly useful when your around 50 yrds short of the pin and you can get so much height on it. Wouldn't say you need one though Liam.

Liam,
what is a 60* wedge for?
for making you look like when fool when you blade it across the green or duff it into a bunker
Don't bother with one & open your blade up on your 56'

I don't use one, I use my sand wedge instead.
Dont feel you should get just because every bag should have one.
I play off 12 and I am not good enough to notice a difference between a 52 an 60 degree wedge, high handicappers don't kid yourself.
