Handicap??
I have two handicaps. My golfshake one (12) or my club one (17) but i don't know which one to play off because when i play off 17 people moan and say it's too high.
But my club handicap obviously only counts for the rounds at my club where as the golf shake one takes in to account all rounds.

Your club one, which is also your official one.
Golfshake works slightly differently then clubs because we don't use CSS, don't track only during competitive rounds and provide handicaps across multiple courses unlike 'official' handicaps which are based on one club only.
The UK system is a pretty robust system but flawed in that it is only relevant to your club. It's likely your club maybe a tough track where your 17 handicap is higher then the 12 golfshake provides which maybe driven down when you play easier course than your home track.
Do people at your home club moan? You could also try entering some general play cards to your handicap secretary if you feel you play better than your 17.
