Powaglide Remote Electric Trolley
These are available on ebay for less than £250. Has anyone tried one ? Any comments would be appreciated as Mrs Smith has offered to send one to Santa for me . Wouldn't want her to waste her money.

Haven't any experience of these, however I have just invested in a GoKart and am well pleased with.Cost £244 and delivered next day,at the momement they are giving hedgehog wheels for free with it,handy if your course insists on them.

Tony, I haven't got any experience of the Powaglide myself but one observation I would make is that people with these 'clone' type trolleys seem to have more than thier fair share of problems with them. My winter league partner purchased a remote control clone off e-bay last year. It lasted no more than a couple of months and has been replaced by a GoKart.

Thanks for that chaps. I think I'll hang on to see if anyone has had actual experience of one. The GoKart certainly looks good though

Tony, I know a few people with GoKarts and they all seem to rave about how good they are. It seems that the customer service is particularly good - something which you don't hear too many people saying about Powakaddy these days.

Thanks for all your advice. The Go-Kart Automatic had its first run out at Slaley Hall the other day. Very easy to assemble and performed admirably on a very wet hilly course. It performed far better than I did , as I had my worst round of 2011..... might have to fit another one in so I don't finish on such a low !!
