Guest Feature: Revisions to the rules of golf - 2012 - 2015

We asked Barry Rhodes author of the book, ‘999 Questions on the Rules of Golf’, for his take on the recent rule amendents:

Two very important thing I would like to add.

One, is that the Definition of address now includes the term "directly in front or behind the ball" so making it clearer, and two, the fact the Decisions can be found on both The R&A and USGA web sites.
