any help on power? apparently if u snap ur knees it creates power? does anyone know anything about this? will you loose accuracy?

Liam, I have to use a knee brace when I play already.  I don't think I'll be snapping my knees!

On a serious note, this is something that Tiger did in the early days and resulted in knee surgery.

If power is what you are looking I think most amateurs will find all they need by improving the amount of 'lag' they generate and developing a good impact position with hands in front of the ball rather than that familiar scooping action seen in so many higher handicap golfers.
