cannot upgrade due to epal not taking electron would like upgrade asap can u help.if so give details paul

Dear all,
I have an account with paypal and I use a VISA ELECTRON card. When registering your card details with paypal just say that it is a VISA card and it is accepted.
I upgraded my basic scoretracker account to premium using my ELECTRON card via my PAYPAL account.
