This is a bit worrying

This just came up somewhere else and thought I'd share it.  An inexperienced golfer looses an eye after being hit by a ball hit from another tee and sues:

Words fail me.  Time to check the insurance methinks...

Such a shame and again I can't believe the amount of people I play with without insurance.

I think you will find that your household insurance will cover you for liability etc up to a certain amount.
