Birchwood golf centre(Kent), nice course but if your gonna take my £30.00 green fee please have the decency to inform me the greens have been prepared for winter!!!. Unhappy hacker.

I had this once and wrote a letter of complaint to the course and they invited me back free of charge.

My case wasnt the greens tho, there was work being done and a few of the fairways were a building site.

Make sure you stick a review up Tony so that others can be prepared.

I think it is wrong for a golf club to take green fees from a visitor without telling them about any work(s) taking place on the course.

A discounted green fee should be offered if the course isn't in top condition.
